K.Bhaskaran is the chief consulting officer of BILVAC Technomanagement. He has over 25 years of experience in software development and software business. He has worked in leading companies like Infosys Technologies, CMC Ltd. and Bahwan Group. He has a B.Tech from IIT, Chennai, India. He has managed several software projects for global customers - including US, UK, French, German, Middle East and Indian businesses.

He has set up the software export centre and India-based operations from India for a leading diversified multinational group. He has served as a consultant in various capacities related to IT management, software processes and business management for serveral leading business houses in India and abroad like State Bank of India, Amrutanjan Ltd, Chennaionline.com, Electrosteel Castings Ltd. He has also headed product management, quality management functions in global software companies.

He has also given lectures for MBA students and in other forums like IIT Madaras Department of Management Studies - Chennai, kanchi university - Chennai, Anna University - Chennai, Loyola Institute of Business Administration - Chennai CSI (Computer Society of India) etc. He is also an associate member of CSI and also a member of managing committee - Chennai. more
